Consent
By ticking the consent box on the sign-in screen, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest give my consent to Evgenii Zakharov (Անհատ ձեռնարկատեր Եվգենի Զախարով Սերգեյի), individual entrepreneur registered in the Republic of Armenia, state registration number 286.1480564, TIN 40325938, 97 Buzand St., apt. 17, Kentron district, Yerevan 0002, Republic of Armenia (the "operator"), to process my personal data on the terms below. I confirm that I am at least 16 years old.
Purposes
- creating and running my account and signing me in;
- storing my resumes, job postings and documents, tailoring resumes, preparing cover letters, checking and exporting documents, including processing by AI models;
- accepting payments, providing paid access, handling refunds and keeping accounting and tax records;
- sending sign-in codes and service notices and answering my requests;
- ensuring security and preventing fraud and abuse;
- evaluating the quality of the Service with pseudonymised samples, as described in the Privacy Policy. I can object to this purpose separately at any time with the switch in my account without withdrawing this consent as a whole.
Personal data
Email address; name; interface language; sign-in provider account ID; resume content, including contact details (name, email, phone, location, links), work history, education, skills and other information I add; job postings; generated documents; uploaded files; payment and access data (without card details); usage data; IP address and technical data of requests; correspondence.
If I add special categories of data (for example, health data) to a resume, this consent also covers their processing for the purposes above.
Processing operations
Collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, adaptation and alteration, retrieval, use, transfer (provision and access), pseudonymisation, blocking, erasure and destruction, carried out both by automated means and without them.
Recipients and cross-border transfer
I consent to the transfer of my personal data to the processors listed on the Subprocessors page, currently: Hetzner Online GmbH (Finland); Cloudflare, Inc. (USA; files are stored in the EU (R2, EU jurisdiction)); Anthropic, PBC (USA); OpenAI OpCo, LLC (USA); TypeSafe AI, Inc. (USA); Functional Software, Inc. (USA; data stored in the EU (Germany)); Plus Five Five, Inc. (USA); Rybbit (EU (Germany, Finland)); Fastmail Pty Ltd (Australia; mail is stored in the USA); to the payment provider I choose (Polar Software, Inc., USA, or the Russian payment service named on the checkout page); and to Google, LinkedIn or GitHub if I sign in through them.
I consent to cross-border transfer of my personal data to the Republic of Armenia, Finland and other member states of the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States of America and Australia, including countries that may not ensure adequate protection of the rights of data subjects under the law of my country.
Duration and withdrawal
The consent is valid until my account is deleted or until I withdraw it.
I can withdraw the consent at any time by deleting my account in the account menu, or by writing to privacy@tunedhq.io from the email address of my account. The operator stops processing and deletes the data within 30 days, except data it must or may keep under the law (for example, payment records) for the periods stated in the Privacy Policy. I understand that without this consent the Service cannot be provided to me.
